BREAKFAST RECIPE : Strawberry-Oat-Dream

Breakfast, the energy boost for the start of your day. You actually read it everywhere, breakfast is extremely important for your health, but it is often low on our list of priorities in the morning. In this blog post I share one of my recipes of a healthy and easy to prepare breakfast (one portion).

Ingredients

- 4/5 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
- 8 fresh strawberries (1 for on top) 
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 4 walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of dried blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of wheatgrass
- mintleaf *optional*

Preparation (15 min)

- Blend the strawberries and the Greek yogurt
- Pour the mix into a bowl

- Boil 30 ml of water
- Add the oatmeal to a small bowl and add the boiled water (leave it for 10 minutes)
- Cut a strawberry into slices and place them on the mix as in the picture
- Tap the wheatgrass of the spoon in a strip on the mix
- Place the dried blueberries on the mix
- Chop the walnuts into pieces and place them on the mix
- Place the oatmeal on the mix with a spoon and drizzle with some dry oatmeal
- Decorate with a fresh mint leaf
